Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SubnetForge mobile application (the "Service") operated by Selman IT Solutions ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubnetForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubnetForge is a professional network calculator application that provides:

• IPv4 and IPv6 subnet calculations
• Wildcard mask calculations
• VLSM (Variable Length Subnet Masking) tools (premium feature)
• Network visualization and documentation export (premium features)
• Calculation history and templates (premium features)

3. User Accounts and Registration

SubnetForge does not require user account creation for basic functionality. However:

• Premium features require a one-time purchase through Google Play
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Play account
• You must provide accurate information when making purchases

4. Premium Features and Purchases

4.1 Purchase Terms

• Premium features are available as a one-time, non-refundable purchase
• Purchases are processed through Google Play and subject to Google's terms
• Premium access is tied to your Google Play account
• You can restore purchases on new devices using the same Google Play account

4.2 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in your local currency through Google Play
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Price changes do not affect existing premium users

4.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Google Play support within the applicable refund period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SubnetForge only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices from the app

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Selman IT Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the network calculations and configurations you create using SubnetForge. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubnetForge for personal or commercial network planning purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubnetForge is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of calculations

IMPORTANT: While we strive for accuracy, you should always verify critical network calculations independently. We are not responsible for network misconfigurations or issues arising from use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selman IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Network downtime or misconfigurations
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Any other damages arising from your use of SubnetForge

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selman IT Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of SubnetForge
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Network configurations or implementations based on app calculations

10. Third-Party Services

SubnetForge integrates with third-party services:

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• AdMob: For displaying advertisements in the free version

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Advertisements

The free version of SubnetForge displays advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the app experience
• Allow AdMob to collect data as described in their privacy policy
• Not attempt to block, remove, or interfere with advertisements

You can remove all advertisements by purchasing the premium version.

12. Updates and Modifications

12.1 App Updates

We may release updates to SubnetForge to:

• Add new features or improve existing ones
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Ensure compatibility with new devices and OS versions

While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, some updates may require newer device specifications.

12.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Updates to this page with a new "Last updated" date

Continued use of SubnetForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using SubnetForge at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to SubnetForge immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the app in a manner that could harm us or other users

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use SubnetForge will cease immediately
• Premium features will no longer be accessible
• Locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete it

14. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selman IT Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SubnetForge shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Selman IT Solutions regarding SubnetForge and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
